In Good Hands
Margaret Whitefield Lesch, BS, HTCP began her energy medicine studies in April 2001. Certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner through Healing Touch Program in 2003, she poured herself into various energy courses and programs. These studies include work with Rev. Rosalyn Bruyere, Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Dr. Norm Shealey of Holos University, Rev. Carol Parrish of Sancta Sophia Sanctuary, Dr. Anodea Judith of Sacred Centers, Delphi University, as well as many local workshops and seminars. While Healing Touch provides the foundation of Margaret's energy work, she strengthens her expertise through a program called Nervous System Energy Work, developed by Carol DeSanto and Dr. Jim Kepner. Coursework for a degree in Holistic Ministries from American Institute of Holistic Theology focalized her educational background to include spiritual development and mind-body healing.
As founder and owner of In Good Hands Energy Healing Center, opened in May 2003, Margaret brought many workshops related to the field of energy medicine to the Knoxville area. With a desire to develop her private practice and personal spiritual growth, after almost five years, the center was closed. In June 2008, she began an ongoing spiritual process under the tutelage of Joan Harrigan, PhD of PKYC. Margaret currently attends Episcopal Church of the Ascension of Knoxville.
Margaret served as a charter member of Healing Touch East Tennessee as well as former officer and board member.
With a listening ear, empathetic heart, eclectic educational background and ecumenical view of life and people, Margaret's healing hands bring harmony and balance to her clients. Additionally, through spiritual guidance, she provides tools for maturing their own mental, physical and spiritual growth and well-being. Her deepest and sincerest hope is that through helping another heal, that process of healing is extended to the family, neighborhood, community, country and ultimately our planet - one person at a time.
In addition to her profession, Margaret remains happily busy in her other favorite roles - wife, mother, grandmother and puttering around in pottery.
